Why do we need the role? Responsibility – To ensure profitable growth in identified key accounts of the region & promote entire range of products offered by the company in these key accounts. To serve the key accounts by offering on field & off the field solutions & ensure customer satisfaction level. Tasks and Responsibilities Describe the tasks and responsibilities in more detail. Use bullet points. • Responsible for preparation of annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area. • Responsible to build and grow existing customers in entire territory. • Responsible for AR and C-form collections. • Need to understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer & Corporate Office. • Responsible for identifying market and competitive trends. • Responsible for communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentations. • Responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level. • Responsible to maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS. • Responsible for individual as well as team target. • For any other duties as and when assigned. Education and Experience Specify what level of education is needed (secondary school, technical school, university, master, PHD, etc). Define how many years’ relevant working experience is required and which type of experience. • BE in Mechanical Engineering • 5-7 years of experience in handling the Sales & Marketing with Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEM’s) or Direct Accounts 2(2) Competencies Define specific competencies needed. (Examples: negotiation skills, programming skills, coaching, budgeting, problem solving etc). Look at the Leadership profile. • Knowledge about the machineries and its parts where seals is getting used. • Knowledge on Hydraulics • Conversant with Design basics & able to understand Technical Specs Key Interfaces and Stakeholders Describe which interfaces and stakeholders the position will have in the job. (For example outside customers, R&D internally, manager, peers). Develop and maintain strong working relationships with: • Marketing & Communicaitons Team • Trelleborg India Sales team • Application Engineering Team Geography to cover and Travel requirements Indicate if the responsibility is global/international/country/or local. Indicate if travelling or off site work days are required and give an estimation of days per year. PAN India customers base. Willingness to travel across India (depending on the segment/customer base) frequently or as & when required.
