Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and proposals.
Solution Development: Develop and present tailored solutions to address client needs.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure competitive solutions.
Sales Support: Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Post-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support and follow-up as needed.
Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor junior team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Overall 5+ years of experience, in that atleast 2+ years in a presales or technical consulting role, specifically in Source to Pay area
Technical Skills: Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
CRM Tools: Experience with CRM and sales tools.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Source to Pay area or Solutioning area.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior team members.
