Job Description
Position: Senior Network Administrator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sr. Network Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Large Scale complex 
network. We are looking for an experienced staff with solid hands-on in Routing, Switching, 
Datacenter technologies, Load balancing, Network Security (Firewalls), Cloud networking, etc., with 
the ability to Design, Implement and Manage corporate Networks (LAN, WAN, Network Security). 
Should have excellent oral & written communication skills.
Job Overview and Essential Skills:
1. Experience in LAN, WAN and SDWAN technologies, firewalls and public cloud.
2. Experience in working on Cisco Switches, Fortinet / Palo Alto Firewalls is Must.
3. Expert knowledge of IP Routing and switching. Extensive experience in routing and 
switching protocols, such as BGP, Spanning Tree, EtherChannel, VLANs.
4. Expert Knowledge on Network Security.
5. Analyze network security requirements and implement perimeter security changes.
6. VPN termination including IPSEC/GRE tunnels, FortiClient VPN, Site to site VPN’s.
7. Strong troubleshooting skills across networks and cloud platforms.
8. Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem 
Management, Change Management and Capacity Management
9. Experience with Enterprise grade Wireless (Wifi) Implementation and administration.
10. Experience on Policy based routing, QoS & complex access lists.
11. Provide Network support for production, office, and end-user environments.
12. Able to work under own initiative, address and resolve problems and execute assigned 
projects
13. Ability to produce RCA of incidents impacting network with minimum supervision and 
support.
14. Develop and maintain network documentation using MS-Visio, Power Point etc.
15. Other related activities / projects as assigned by IIB’s Head of IT Infrastructure Operations
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience in designing and configuring networks for on-prem & private cloud.
2. Experience in deploying and working on network monitoring tools.
3. Preparing Network diagram, Configuration document, Change documentation & Project 
documentation.
4. Experience with Ansible and/or Python automation for networking is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer 
Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. CCNP or equivalent certified.
3. ITIL Certification will have advantages
