Strategic Recruitment Leadership

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for IT and non-IT verticals across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with organizational goals.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

šŸ“ˆ End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Oversee the complete hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Implement best practices and innovative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

šŸ‘„ Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business heads to ensure seamless hiring experiences.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to upskill the TA team.

šŸ¤ Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and RPO partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure vendor performance aligns with quality and cost expectations.
  • Evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed.

šŸ“Š Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Present hiring dashboards and insights to senior leadership.

 

āœ… Qualifications & Skills

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to both IT and non-IT hiring.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment operations and teams.
  • Strong experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
