SR. Manager (NCS/Job/ 3975)

• Lead infrastructure planning and design for roads, water supply, sewerage, drainage, 
and structural infrastructure elements. 
• Coordinate with internal planning teams and external consultants to ensure integrated 
design development. 
• Review and guide electrical (HV/LV), ICT, telecom, fire-fighting, street lighting, traffic 
signals, and gas networks. 
• Act as focal point for all utility engineering issues during design and construction 
stages. 
• Prepare and review block cost estimates and support value engineering. 
• Support construction and commissioning activities including review of contractor 
submittals. 
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design 
intent. 
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, QA/QC systems, and contractual 
requirements. 
• Integrate smart infrastructure solutions such as smart sensors and meters. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
