Sr. Automation Engineer - Provar Automation (NCS/Job/ 1942)

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Provar.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure test coverage.
• Own end-to-end test cycles from planning to execution and reporting.
• Lead and mentor junior QA team members; share best practices and coach on test automation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and techniques.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retros, etc.).

Key Requirements

• 4–7 years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation using Provar.
• Hands-on experience with Provar for Salesforce or other CRM platform testing.
• Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup setup.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience with other automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, etc.)
• ISTQB or similar certification.
