Splunk developer (NCS/Job/ 2912)

• Develop, maintain, and automate operational and executive-level reports and dashboards
• Gather reporting requirements by collaborating closely with business stakeholders
• Analyse data trends and present actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data quality and reporting processes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
• Perform data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting
• Extract and analyse data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites
• Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization
• Create and publish regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Document reporting requirements and processes, and validate data components as required

Required Skills:

• Splunk – Mandatory
• APM Tools – Mandatory (AppDynamics / Datadog / Grafana)
• SQL – good to have for working with relational data sources.
• DevOps Tools – Mandatory (CI/CD deployments experience with GitLab) for dashboard deployment automation
• Good to have – AWS
