Job Description
Consultant shall provide Morgan Stanley with the Services in connection with the delivery of project under HR Data and Analytics: HR Snowflake. HR Snowflake is the reporting and analytics platform for HR, designed to source data from DDP and other internal data sources, consolidate and transform that data, and provide curated data marts for reporting and analytics. The Snowflake platform follows a medallion architecture to support scalable, governed, and reliable data processing across ingestion, refinement, and consumption layers. Snowflake deliver updates to the Datamarts used by CRM and other downstream consumers
Activities:
a. Design and implement ELT, stored procedures and security policies in Snowflake
b. Talend development
Updates must be implemented in accordance with the existing Snowflake architecture and approved design patterns; use only approved tools, versions, and dependencies; include required security policies and controls to protect HR data; not introduce material regressions, vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues; and be validated through agreed testing and review.
