Detailed JD is shared with the TPL team - We are seeking a Siebel Configurator / Siebel Tools Specialist with experience configuring Siebel CRM applications in a 24.12 environment. The role supports Siebel Call Center, Partner, and eService modules and uses Siebel Tools and Siebel Web Tools to configure Business Components, Business Objects, Applets, Views, and Workflows. The position is responsible for designing, implementing, and validating Siebel configurations, managing repository and workspace changes, and supporting issue analysis across environments. The role also supports activities related to the migration of Siebel to AWS, including updates to integrations, deployment processes, and run-time configuration.
