Shadow Program Manage (NCS/Job/ 2563)

Job Description:

As a Shadow Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring vendor operations to ensure alignment with Apple’s program goals. You will act as a liaison between vendors and Apple’s internal teams, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor/ Drive vendors performance KPIs & compliance

• SLA compliance and report the Apple program Managers

• Validate Vendors Delivery plans and present to apple program/ planning managers

• Facilitate any change management related to scope / volume or any external dependency e.g.: tools downtime coordinate with Tools/ spec/ process to implement any changes/ adoption in vendor operations

• Drive compliance on deliveries/ various reporting

• Review Quality performance and drive RCA / CAPA

   

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• 4+ Years of operations.

• Program. project management

• Experience in relevant industries

• 2+ Years of service delivery lead

• Professional PG course From Premier Business Management school

• Excellent communication / stakeholders' management skills

• Preferable project / program management certified

• Bachelor's in engineering / technology / management

• GIS Industry experience would be added advantage
