SFMC Developer – Job Description

Experience

• Total Experience: 6–8 Years
• Minimum 2+ Years in SFMC
• Minimum 4+ Years in Salesforce CRM/Platform

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SFMC Developer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM development. The candidate should have strong experience in marketing automation, customer journeys, integrations, and campaign development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage solutions in SFMC:
  • Journey Builder
  • Automation Studio
  • Email Studio
  • Contact Builder
• Create and optimize AMPscript, SSJS, SQL Queries, and Data Extensions.
• Build dynamic email templates and automated campaigns.
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales Cloud and external systems using APIs.
• Support campaign deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement implementation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in SFMC modules and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS.
• Salesforce experience in Apex, Lightning/LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
• Good understanding of APIs and integrations.

Preferred

• SFMC Developer Certification preferred.
• Experience in Agile methodology and CI/CD tools
