Job Description: Salesforce Developer (with Agentforce Experience)

Experience Required: 7–12 years total; minimum 1 year of hands-on Agentforce experience
 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem and practical experience in Agentforce (formerly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud/Service Cloud Voice/Agent Console). The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that support high-volume agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura Components, and Flows.
• Build and optimize Agentforce console and agent workflows, including screen flows, macros, and productivity tools.
• Customize and extend Service Cloud / Omni-Channel capabilities to improve agent efficiency.
• Enhance Agentforce UI/UX including workspace configurations and custom components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services, and middleware tools.

Agentforce (1+ year required)

• Configure, customize, and maintain Agentforce, including:
  • Agent workspace setup
  • Omni-channel routing and presence
  • Agent activity tracking
  • Knowledge integration
  • Productivity tools (macros, quick actions, flows)
• Troubleshoot and optimize agent console performance and workflows.

Technical Architecture & Best Practices

• Participate in solution design, technical architecture discussions, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security model, and governor limits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product owners, architects, QA, and support teams.

Deployment & DevOps

• Support CI/CD processes using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and release management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in Agentforce (Agent Console, Omni-Channel, Agent Tools).
• Strong experience with:
  • Apex (Triggers, Batch, Scheduled, Test Classes)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Flows and Process Automation
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce Configuration
• Good understanding of Service Cloud features.
• Experience with API integrations and platform events.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Salesforce Developer certifications preferred:
  • Platform Developer I (Required)
  • Platform Developer II (Nice to have)
  • Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
  • OmniStudio Developer (Optional)
