Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator (with Development Knowledge)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional (7–13 years) to lead and manage our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Administration, excellent knowledge of Sales Cloud functionality, and working experience in development areas such as Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). While the role is primarily focused on administration and solution design, it requires the ability to contribute to development when needed and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, including security, user management, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Design, configure, and optimize business processes using flows, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation tools.
  • Manage data integrity, migration, and integrations across systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior admins/developers.
  • Contribute to development activities such as Apex classes/triggers, LWC, and other customization, ensuring best practices.
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce features and provide user training/support.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7–13 years of total Salesforce experience with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Administration.
  • Exposure to Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) – ability to handle minor to moderate coding tasks.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead initiatives, manage priorities, and ensure Salesforce best practices.
