ServiceNow Solution Architect – IRM/GRC (11–16 Years)

Experience: 11–16 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Lead solution design, integrations, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Drive best practices, upgrades, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, integrations, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOX, and GDPR.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-RC) preferred.
