Role Overview |
|
As a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Lead, you will be the highest technical escalation point for support projects (AMS). You will lead the offshore/onsite support team, ensure adherence to SLAs, provide technical solutions for production issues, and manage complex integrations. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and PaaS extensions to drive production stability and continuous improvements. |

Key Responsibilities |
|
Production Support & Incident Management: Act as L3 support for critical incidents, performance bottlenecks, and complex issues, providing root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes. |
|
Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a technical team (onshore/offshore) in support activities, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards. |
|
Cloud Technical support: Support, maintain, and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, BI, OTBI reports , VBCS and PaaS extensions. |
|
Client Management: Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, presenting RCA for critical issues and proposing improvements. |
|
Security & Compliance: Oversee Oracle Cloud security roles, User management, and compliance standards (SOX/Audit readiness) |
|
Mandatory Technical Skills |
|
Oracle Cloud Application Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM) support. |
|
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Strong experience in developing, debugging, and managing integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). |
|
Database & Reporting: Advanced SQL/PLSQL, BIP (BI Publisher), and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence). |
|
Extensions & Tools: Experience in PaaS extensions, VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), and APEX. |
|
Data Loading Tools: Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader) and FBDI (File Based Data Import). |
|
Preferred Skills |
|
Support Experience: Experience with AMS (Application Management Services) / Production Support models. |
|
Automation: Experience in scripting (Python/Bash) or automation tools. |
|
Soft Skills |
|
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage high-pressure, critical incidents. |

Ability to work in a client-facing, offshore-onsite model. |
