ServiceNow Business Analyst – IRM/GRC (5–14 Years)

Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst – IRM/GRC

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
• Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects for solution delivery.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production support.
• Drive process improvements aligned with risk and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOX, and GDPR.
• Good understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS-RC are preferred.

Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
