Senior Draughtsman (NCS/Job/ 3506)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Draughtsman to prepare precise technical drawings and plans for infrastructure and architectural projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in drafting standards, coordination with design teams, and the ability to convert concepts and engineering inputs into accurate working drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and construction drawings based on design inputs.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to develop coordinated plans.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback, design changes, and site requirements.
• Maintain drawing standards, layer management, and documentation protocols.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and local regulations.
• Manage drawing revisions, version control, and documentation records.
• Support site teams with as-built drawings and technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to avoid clashes and design conflicts.

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD (2D drafting)
  • Revit (preferred)
• Good understanding of:
  • Construction detailing and drafting standards
  • Architectural and structural drawing interpretation
• Familiarity with MEP coordination drawings
• Ability to read and interpret BOQs and technical specifications
