Senior 3D Visualizer (NCS/Job/ 3505)

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality architectural and infrastructure visualizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong artistic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to translate concepts, CAD drawings, and design briefs into photorealistic 3D renders, animations, and walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations for architectural and infrastructure projects.
• Interpret 2D drawings, CAD files, and design concepts to develop accurate 3D models.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand visualization requirements.
• Develop lighting, texturing, and composition to enhance realism and visual appeal.
• Optimize scenes for render efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain consistency in design standards and visual output across projects.
• Stay updated with latest rendering techniques, tools, and trends in visualization.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Provide creative input to improve design presentation and storytelling.

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong expertise in:
  • Autodesk 3ds Max
  • V-Ray / Corona Renderer
  • SketchUp / Blender (optional but preferred)
  • Photoshop / After Effects for post-production
• Good understanding of:
  • Lighting, materials, textures, and composition
  • Architectural design principles
• Experience in animation, walkthroughs, and flythroughs
• Ability to handle large-scale projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure)
