Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) or IT compliance (e.g., CISA).

3+ years of experience within IT security, compliance, or a similar role.

Familiarity with vulnerability management tools, risk assessment frameworks, and compliance standards within the healthcare industry (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Skills:

Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) or IT compliance (e.g., CISA).

Knowledge of security review methodologies.

Familiarity with enterprise security tools and systems.

Proficient in tracking and managing CVEs, SLAs, and risk remediation processes.

Advanced proficiency with compliance and reporting tools (e.g., GRC tools, spreadsheets, presentation software).
