Act as a servant leader and coach for SAP project teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Managers to refine, prioritize, and manage SAP product backlogs.
Remove impediments, manage risks, and coordinate across functional/technical SAP teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers, and QA to align on objectives and deliverables.
Track, report, and communicate sprint progress, release status, and KPIs to leadership.
Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices within SAP environments
Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and value-driven delivery in large-scale SAP initiatives.
