Your key responsibilities
Lead implementation, configuration, and support of end-to-end onboarding solutions - Configure business rules, workflows, onboarding tasks, panels, alerts, notifications, and data privacy - Implement ONB modules and integrate Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Document Management - Manage forms, e-signatures, compliance documents, and prepare functional specifications documentation - Conduct user training and collaborate with teams to ensure system stability and process optimization
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs
- Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
- Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organizations.
- Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors Onboarding to meet client requirements and business processes.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.
- Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to HR business processes and Onboarding.
- Provide advanced – level advice and guidance on payroll deployment approach and planning
- Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Skills and attributes for success
- A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems
- Certification and experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding and at least one Talent module (Performance & Goals, Succession, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS etc) at a minimum
- Completion of a minimum 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
