Job Description

Technical Skill Requirements     

End-to-End Implementation, SAP Fiori / HANA Security, Full-Cycle GRC Implementation Experience, Role & Authorization Management

Excellent communication skill is must

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering

Role and Responsibilities

Gather business and functional requirements to design and implement SAP Security architecture across modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, Fiori).

Design, build, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models — including single, derived, and composite roles.

Manage user administration, including user creation, role assignment, and de-provisioning in multiple SAP systems.

Perform role testing and validation during realization, integration, and UAT phases of implementation.

Collaborate with SAP Basis and functional teams for role transport management between environments (DEV → QAS → PRD).

Support internal/external audits by providing access reports and addressing compliance observations.

Implement and support Fiori and HANA security, including catalog/group design and analytic/object privileges.

Develop and implement authorization concepts aligned with organizational security policies.

 

 

 

 

 

Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, roles, and profiles

Required Skills

Role design and build: Single, composite, and derived roles across SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, Fiori)

 

User administration: Creation, modification, locking/unlocking, and deletion of users

 

Hands-on experience in GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x implementation and support

 

Connector setup between GRC and multiple SAP systems

 

Rule set and mitigation control management aligned with business and audit requirements

 

Reporting: Generating and analyzing risk, firefighter, and access review reports

 

Excellent communication skills & presentation skills to leadership teams.

 

Demonstrated leadership skill in decision making and problem solving.
