SAP QE (NCS/Job/ 3433)

Strong hands-on SAP manual QA testing/Lead experience ideally in Retail and MM combination (focusing on O2C- order to cash and P2P - procure to pay)

· Order to Cash process from E-commerce with B2B & B2C customers

· Experience with SAP Retail in some of the following areas, Planning, Merchandising, Rebates, Order to cash, Pricing and Promotions

· Must have good understanding of IDOCs

· Good understanding of Article, Vendor & Customer master data, Merchandise Hierarchy & Categories, Assortments & listing, Sites maintenance, Master data upload tools, knowledge in Inventory management

· Good to have SAP CAR/POS experience and knowledge on processing XML files

· Evaluate requirements to define appropriate test scenarios and cases

· Coordinate with other test teams to ensure successful and accurate completion of all test objectives

· Experience with change management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA/HP ALM

· Sound knowledge on Software Testing Life Cycle

· Extensive experience on Test Design, execution and defect logging and tracking till end

· Experience working with functional consultants & business owners to understand functional requirements and to devise appropriate test scenarios

· Strong interpersonal skills, written communications and quick learner

· Good communication, Analytical skills

· Pro-active & ownership attitude

Key Responsibilities:

· Candidates should support in preparing the test strategy documents.

· Candidate should be able to communicate well, understand the requirements shared by the client and perform the testing related activities independently.

· Should be able to explain the business scenarios to automation team and help them as in when required.

· To track & report status of testing activities to IT leadership & other key stakeholders.

· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

· To lead all planning, monitoring & control of the testing activities and tasks

· Strong team player with the ability to lead, manage and work independently under time constraints.

· Experience in working with a large team size and within timeline and quality standards

· Highly capable of learning new domain/ technology and adapting to a new environment

· Having positive mental attitude in all circumstances
