Role: Pre Sales Solution Architect

Grade: D

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bang, Kolkata, Noida, Gurugram, Gandhinagar, Bhuvneshwar 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Presales Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP solutions and presales activities, with the ability to design and present innovative solutions to prospective clients. This role requires deep functional knowledge in at least one core business process and hands-on experience in responding to RFPs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers during the presales cycle, understanding their business needs and mapping them to SAP solutions.
  • Lead solution design workshops, presentations, and demonstrations for SAP products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals, including solution architecture, scope, and effort estimation.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs (full ownership or support) with high-quality documentation and presentations.
  • Stay updated on SAP product roadmap and industry best practices to provide strategic guidance.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with implementation capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • SAP Functional Expertise in at least one business process area:
    • Order-to-Cash (SD)
    • Procure-to-Pay (MM)
    • Demand-to-Supply (Manufacturing & PP)
    • Record-to-Report (Finance)
    • Finance-to-Manage (FI)
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related modules.
  • Proven experience in Presales activities, including:
    • RFP/RFI response (full or support)
    • Solution presentations and demos
    • Proposal creation and effort estimation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certification in relevant modules.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors, IBP).
  • Exposure to industry-specific solutions and best practices.
