SAP PP – MES Consultant (NCS/Job/ 2883)

• Configure and support SAP PP and MES integration with shop-floor systems

• Manage production orders, routings, BOMs, and work centers

• Integrate SAP PP with MES, PLC, and SCADA systems

• Monitor real-time production, confirmations, and quality data

• Troubleshoot production and MES-related issues

• Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and IT teams

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP PP

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP MES (ME/MII or third-party MES)

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations

• Experience with production execution, confirmations, and data collection

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP

• Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM)

• Exposure to interfaces, IDocs, or APIs
