SAP IBP Lead (NCS/Job/ 2144)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The role requires strong expertise in IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower), excellent leadership skills, and the ability to engage with business stakeholders to deliver effective supply chain planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP projects including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.

• Provide functional expertise in IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, S&OP, Inventory, and Control Tower.

• Guide and mentor functional/technical team members in IBP solution delivery.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP consultants.

• Ensure integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other third-party systems.

• Conduct system demonstrations, workshops, and training for end users.

• Lead issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives post go-live.

• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with business expectations.
