Activities under your Responsibilities
• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
What we are looking for:
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
• 2-3 successful HCM Implementations
• In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. W ith excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
Education Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
