Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Lead to manage the design, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) solutions. The role requires deep expertise in core FI modules, strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, and proven ability to lead teams and engage with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP FI projects including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Provide functional expertise across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

Work on integration of FI with CO, MM, SD, and other SAP/non-SAP modules.

Manage and mentor SAP FI consultants and ensure quality delivery.

Conduct workshops, system demonstrations, and user training.

Drive issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvements post go-live.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Act as the primary liaison between finance teams, IT, and external stakeholders.
