SAP Cloud ALM (NCS/Job/ 2849)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in SAP Cloud ALM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end (E2E) implementations and support activities specifically on SAP Cloud ALM, along with a deep understanding of SAP landscapes and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP Cloud ALM implementation projects from planning to go-live.
• Perform end-to-end configuration, monitoring, and operations within SAP Cloud ALM.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Cloud ALM-related issues across SAP environments.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Cloud ALM processes and best practices.
• Stay updated on SAP Cloud ALM roadmap and new features to advise stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total SAP experience: Minimum 9.5 years across various SAP modules and technologies.
• SAP Cloud ALM expertise: Hands-on experience in E2E implementation and support work.
• Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager and transition to Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
