Job Description
Plan and implement SAP Solution Manager scenarios such as change request management, solution documentation, IT Service Management and Test Suite as part of an SAP S/4HANA implementation • Design the IT processes for the different scenarios, and configure the Solution Manager system accordingly • Operate and monitor system transports based on the defined ChaRM procedures • Plan SAP Solution Manager system upgrades, implement service packs and bugfix notes, and execute required testing • Plan the transition to SAP Cloud ALM • Train the project teams in using SAP Solution Manager scenarios, and provide adequate training materials • Support requirements management for SAP S/4HANA implementation project together with the functional and technical SAP teams • Track, and implement appropriate quality measures and take ownership for reports back to project management
