SAP BTP Developer- CAPM (NCS/Job/ 2051)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) using Node.js, SAP Fiori/UI5 development, Build Process Automation, along with a strong background in integrating SAP solutions with ECC/S4 HANA and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud/On-Prem UI5 Development: Design, develop, and maintain UI5-based applications for both cloud and on-prem environments.
• SAP Fiori/UI5 Expertise: Develop intuitive and responsive Fiori applications using SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and OData services.
• SAP CAPM & Integration: Leverage SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) for designing and implementing solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Embedded Analytics & CDS Views: Create and consume CDS views for embedded analytics to enhance user experience and decision-making.
• SAP Cloud Platform Services: Utilize standard services and libraries within SAP Cloud Platform to build scalable and reliable applications.
• Business Process Automation: Integrate SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Workflow to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
• Architecture & Design: Understand and design SAP BTP services in alignment with SAP’s best practices and guidelines.
• Solution Implementation: Design, implement, and deliver SAP BTP solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to the company’s IT strategy.
• Agile & DevOps: Follow Agile and DevOps methodologies to deliver solutions iteratively and ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• Optimization & Support: Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BTP applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Third-level Production Support: Provide third-level support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Best Practices: Establish processes and tools for technical guidance, ensuring that development teams adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ Years of SAP BTP/Fiori/UI5 Development Experience: Extensive experience in developing UI5-based applications in both cloud and on-prem environments.
• Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP): Hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications using SAP CAPM and Business Application Studio.
• SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData Services: Expertise in developing SAPUI5 applications, utilizing Fiori Elements, and working with OData services.
• Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating SAP solutions with SAP ECC/S4HANA and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Embedded Analytics & CDS Views: Proficient in developing embedded analytics and utilizing CDS views for better data representation.
• SAP Cloud Platform Libraries: Deep knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform services, tools, and libraries to develop efficient applications.
• SAP Build Process Automation: Experience with SAP Build Process Automation and SAP Workflow to automate business processes.
• Architecture & Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP BTP architecture and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Agile & DevOps: Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, with a focus on CI/CD processes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving production issues.
• RESTful ABAP Programming (Advantage): Knowledge of RESTful ABAP programming model for both cloud and on-premise solutions is a plus.
• Advanced SAP Technical Knowledge: Experience in advanced technical projects or handling complex business issues requiring cutting-edge technical or industry knowledge.
• Cloud and On-Prem Solution Design: Ability to design solutions that span both cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
