SAP BRIM Functional Lead (NCS/Job/ 2145)

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. The role requires expertise in subscription billing, convergent charging, convergent invoicing, and FI-CA, along with the ability to lead teams and engage directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

• Translate business requirements into SAP BRIM functional specifications and solution designs.

• Provide functional expertise across BRIM components:

  • SAP Convergent Charging (CC)

  • SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)

  • SAP Subscription Billing (SB)

  • SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)

• Collaborate with business users to define processes for subscription management, usage-based billing, mediation, and invoicing.

• Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and external systems.

• Lead workshops, conduct system demonstrations, and provide training to users.

• Manage functional design, testing (SIT, UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support.

• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery.

• Act as the primary liaison with business stakeholders ensuring project deliverables are met.
