Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, provide architectural guidance, and ensure best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Manage code deployments using CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git)
• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated with new Salesforce features and capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex programming
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder)
  • SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and security model
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Gearset)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Application Architect / System Architect
• Experience with:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern UI development
• Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations
