Salesforce Technical Architect - Sales & Service Cloud

 

Role Overview

The Salesforce Technical Architect owns the end‑to‑end technical architecture for enterprise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. The role ensures scalable, secure, and future‑ready designs that align business strategy with Salesforce platform best practices while governing technical quality across delivery teams.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and own enterprise Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Translate business strategy into scalable solution designs, prioritizing standard Salesforce capabilities.
  • Architect integrations, data models, security, and extensibility aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, partners, and vendors.
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails.
  • Proactively manage platform risk, scalability, performance, and technical debt.
  • Present architectural options, trade‑offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

 

Sales & Service Cloud Focus

  • Sales Cloud: Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, CPQ integrations.
  • Service Cloud: Case Management, Omni‑Channel, CTI, Entitlements, Knowledge, Digital Engagement.
  • Drive agent productivity, customer experience, and sales effectiveness through best‑practice design.

 

Technical & Integration Expertise

  • Salesforce platform architecture (Apex, LWC, Flow, Lightning, Salesforce DX).
  • CI/CD, DevOps, environment strategy, and release governance.
  • Security, compliance, and performance optimization at scale.
  • Agentforce Technical expertise

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with enterprise architecture ownership.
  • Proven delivery across large, complex Salesforce programs.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred ( Sales/Service Cloud/AgentForce).
