Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC) and proven experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Integration teams).
• Manage code reviews, technical documentation, and deployment processes.
• Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend implementation strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes in Salesforce.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and integration patterns.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
