Requirement: Salesforce B2B Commerce Support

Experience: 8–12 Years
Role Type: Support (L1 / L2)
Location: Open / As per client requirement

Job Description:

  • Client is looking for a Salesforce Support professional with experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce.
  • Candidates with Salesforce B2C Commerce exposure are also acceptable.
  • Role will focus on L1 / L2 support activities, issue resolution, and platform administration.
  • Development experience is NOT mandatory.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Support / Production Support
  • Experience working as Salesforce Admin / Support Engineer
  • Exposure to Salesforce B2B Commerce or B2C Commerce
  • Experience handling incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform administration

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Understanding of integration issues and order management
  • ITIL / Support process experience

Key Points:
