Requirement: Salesforce B2B Commerce Support
Experience: 8–12 Years
Role Type: Support (L1 / L2)
Location: Open / As per client requirement
Job Description:
- Client is looking for a Salesforce Support professional with experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce.
- Candidates with Salesforce B2C Commerce exposure are also acceptable.
- Role will focus on L1 / L2 support activities, issue resolution, and platform administration.
- Development experience is NOT mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Support / Production Support
- Experience working as Salesforce Admin / Support Engineer
- Exposure to Salesforce B2B Commerce or B2C Commerce
- Experience handling incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform administration
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Understanding of integration issues and order management
- ITIL / Support process experience
Key Points:
- Development experience not required
- Support background is mandatory
- 8–12 years overall experience
