Job Description: Salesforce SME – Collections Module Job Title: Salesforce SME – Collections (Financial/Receivables) Experience: 5+ years Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Collections / Accounts Receivable processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support end-to-end collections lifecycle, including customer onboarding, invoice tracking, dunning, dispute management, and payment reconciliation. Key Responsibilities • Act as the Salesforce SME for collections-related processes and solutions • Design and implement collections workflows, including: o Dunning processes (automated reminders, escalations) o Customer segmentation for collections prioritization o Payment follow-ups and promise-to-pay tracking • Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / FSC) for AR & collections use cases • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions • Implement automation using Flow, Apex, and Process Builder for collections lifecycle • Integrate Salesforce with: o ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) o Payment gateways / banking systems • Define and build collections dashboards & reports (aging, recovery rates, risk scoring) • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across collections processes • Support production issues, enhancements, and release management Mandatory Skills • Strong hands-on experience in: o Salesforce Administration and Configuration o Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura) o Salesforce Flow / Workflow Automation • Proven experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable domain • Experience designing: o Dunning strategies o Collections workflows o Customer credit and risk assessment processes • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Internal - General Use Good to Have Skills • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or nCino • Knowledge of Credit Management / Billing / Invoicing modules • Exposure to AI-driven collections prioritization • DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, version control) Domain Expertise (Collections) Candidates should have hands-on experience in: • Invoice lifecycle management • Payment tracking and reconciliation • Customer dispute and exception handling • Collections prioritization and segmentation Certifications (Preferred) • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Salesforce Platform Developer I / II • Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder management • Excellent communication skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset Key Deliverables • End-to-end collections solution design • Automation of collections workflows • Dashboard and reporting setup • Integration with finance systems Evaluation Criteria (Example Weightage) • Salesforce Technical Expertise – 30% • Collections Domain Knowledge – 30% • Solution Design & Architecture – 20% • Communication & Stakeholder Handling – 20% Internal - General Use
