Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Implement Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations
Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools and version control systems
Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, data integrity, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4–7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer / Platform Developer
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
