Job Title- Senior Salesforce Developer (B3)

Experience - 7+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development experience

Key Responsibilities - Senior Salesforce Developer (B3)

· Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative features

· Implement Salesforce configurations including custom objects, flows, workflows, validation rules, and approvals

· Build and maintain secure and scalable data models (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWDs, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy)

· Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON

· Ensure high code quality, performance, and test coverage, complying with Salesforce governor limits

· Support deployments and CI/CD using Change Sets, Git-based tools, or DevOps pipelines

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum delivery

· Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and technical governance

· Provide production support and perform root cause analysis when required

Key Responsibilities – EMR – Manufacturing

As a Salesforce Technical Lead specializing in Manufacturing Cloud, you will lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for our manufacturing clients. You will serve as the technical authority on Manufacturing Cloud, enabling clients to modernize their sales operations, enhance channel engagement, and unify their supply chain value chain using Salesforce’s industry-specific features.

This role requires a blend of hands-on engineering (Apex/LWC), OmniStudio expertise, and strong manufacturing domain knowledge (Rebates, Sales Agreements, Forecasting).

· Solution Leadership: Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, including Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and Rebate Management.

· Architectural Guidance: Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs (Data Modeling, Apex Patterns, LWC, Flows).

· Manufacturing Domain Focus: Configure and customize Manufacturing Cloud features like Actionable Relationship Center (ARC), Data Processing Engine (DPE), and Partner Visit Management.

· Integration & Data: Architect complex integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) using APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and Middleware.

· Team Leadership & Quality: Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, ensure high-quality, bug-free releases.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and manufacturing stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project scope.

· DevOps: Maintain and improve Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset, SFDX).

Required Skills

· Salesforce Development: Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, SOSL

· Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus)

· Security & Data Model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing, OWD

· Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON

· DevOps: Change Sets, Git/GitLab, CI/CD exposure

· Methodology: Agile / SAFe delivery experience

· Experience: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.

· Industry Cloud: Proven experience in implementing Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud.

· Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes (e.g., Rebate Lifecycle Management, Warranty/Claims, Channel Revenue Management, Supply Chain visibility).

· Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Apex (Triggers, Batch), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Data Processing Engines (DPE).

· OmniStudio: Deep experience in OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.

· Security & Data: Strong knowledge of Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture, and platform security.

Certifications

· Salesforce Administration, Platform Developer I – Mandatory

· Platform Developer II / App Builder / Javascript Developer / Sales or Service Cloud Consultant – Preferred

· Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Accredited Professional, or Application/Technical Architect are highly desirable.
