Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Strategy
- Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing marketing technology solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance across projects.
- Develop architecture roadmaps for Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM, and ecosystem integrations.
- Recommend best practices for customer engagement, personalization, segmentation, and campaign automation.
Marketing Cloud Next Implementation
- Lead implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next capabilities, including:
- Journey Orchestration
- Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing
- AI-Powered Personalisation
- Audience Management
- Consent and Preference Management
- Real-Time Customer Engagement
Data & Integration Architecture
- Architect integrations between Salesforce platforms and enterprise systems, including:
- Salesforce CRM
- Data Cloud
- Design data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation frameworks.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
- Design real-time personalisation and recommendation strategies.
- Define audience activation and customer decisioning frameworks.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and consultants.
- Conduct solution reviews and code/design governance.
- Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.
- Collaborate with business, product, and marketing stakeholders.
Project Delivery
- Support project estimation, planning, and solution design workshops.
- Lead discovery and architecture sessions with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of CRM and Marketing Technology experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture experience.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale customer engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement.
