Key Responsibilities

 Solution Architecture & Strategy

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next architecture aligned with business objectives.
  • Define scalable, secure, and high-performing marketing technology solutions.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance across projects.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps for Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM, and ecosystem integrations.
  • Recommend best practices for customer engagement, personalization, segmentation, and campaign automation.

 Marketing Cloud Next Implementation

  • Lead implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next capabilities, including:
    • Journey Orchestration
    • Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing
    • AI-Powered Personalisation
    • Audience Management
    • Consent and Preference Management
    • Real-Time Customer Engagement

 Data & Integration Architecture

  • Architect integrations between Salesforce platforms and enterprise systems, including:
    • Salesforce CRM
    • Data Cloud
  • Design data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation frameworks.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Design real-time personalisation and recommendation strategies.
  • Define audience activation and customer decisioning frameworks.

 Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership to architects, developers, and consultants.
  • Conduct solution reviews and code/design governance.
  • Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and marketing stakeholders.

 

Project Delivery

  • Support project estimation, planning, and solution design workshops.
  • Lead discovery and architecture sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale implementations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of CRM and Marketing Technology experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture experience.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement.
