Salesforce FSC Senior /Lead Developer (NCS/Job/ 3364)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Configure and extend Financial Services Cloud features such as client profiles, financial accounts, householding, and relationship models.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, development, and delivery.
• Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Support deployment activities and manage releases across environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and architects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proven experience working with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex programming
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components
  • Visualforce
  • SOQL/SOSL
• Experience in Salesforce configuration: workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and security model.
• Knowledge of FSC data model, including financial accounts, relationships, and client management.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML.
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.
• Financial Services Cloud Accreditation or relevant experience in Banking/Wealth Management/Insurance domains.
• Experience with DevOps tools and version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of data migration tools such as Data Loader.
