• Strong coding skills in Apex, LWC, Flow
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts:
  • Data ingestion
  • Mapping
  • Identity resolution
  • Permissions & governance
• Experience in AI / recommendation-driven Salesforce solutions
• Strong understanding of FSC data models & automation
• Experience in SIT/UAT, release management, and go-live support
• Insurance domain experience:
  • Claims
  • Policy
  • Broker/Distribution
  • Regulated data handling

Preferred

• MuleSoft integration experience
• CI/CD & DevOps exposure
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
