Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7–12 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, and lead scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical design, complex development, integrations, and mentoring junior developers while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows

Translate business requirements into technical designs and architecture

Develop complex Apex logic, asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future, Schedulable), and triggers

Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
-
Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data model design
-
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best-practice guidance to development teams

Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business teams
-
Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies

Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and compliance guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:

7–12 years of experience in Salesforce platform development

Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, JavaScript

Extensive experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture

Proven experience with complex integrations and large data volumes

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:

Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect

Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Industry Clouds

Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git)

Experience in manufacturing, telecom, BFSI, or enterprise domains
