About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Salesforce clouds, hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other tools.
• Customize and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as per business needs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and secure development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities (using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Salesforce applications.
• Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, recommending adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–12 years of total experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs)
  • Salesforce Flows and Automation tools
• Experience with Salesforce Integration (middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps (version control, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning framework and component development.
• Proficient in Salesforce deployment tools (ANT, Change Sets, SFDX).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
