Salesforce Developer (NCS/Job/ 3366)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Build high-quality, reusable, and performant UI components using LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop backend logic using Apex and integrate with frontend components.
• Customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and handle asynchronous processing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, scalability, and system bugs.
• Support deployments and manage releases across different environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Apex programming
  • JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
  • SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and component development (LWC & Aura).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.
• Experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience in performance optimization and UI/UX best practices.
