Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and migration/transformation projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the successful implementation and migration of Salesforce solutions. A strong understanding of CRM processes, Salesforce technology stack, and CPQ capabilities is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Salesforce CRM implementation, enhancement, and migration initiatives.
- Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in CRM data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Facilitate solution design discussions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support Salesforce CPQ implementations by understanding pricing models, product configuration, quote generation, approvals, and contract management.
- Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and migration activities.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and production validation.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and training materials.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and technology stack.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM modules such as:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud (preferred)
- Experience working on Salesforce migration or transformation projects.
- Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including:
- Product Configuration
- Pricing
- Quote Management
- Approval Processes
- Contract Management
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or CPQ Specialist are preferred.
- Experience with CRM modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to data migration tools and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
