Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Management & Deal Closure

- Own and drive qualified opportunities from discovery to closure - Engage with customer stakeholders to understand application, engineering, and business needs - Lead technical-commercial discussions for custom embedded and vision-based solutions - Manage proposals, negotiations, contracting, and deal closure

Solutioning & Presales Collaboration

- Work with presales, R&D, and delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions - Support solution architecture, effort estimation, and delivery planning - Review and present techno-commercial proposals, SOWs, and pricing

Account Management & Expansion

- Manage and grow strategic and key accounts - Build relationships with Plant Heads, Engineering Heads, QA Heads, R&D leaders, and CXOs - Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Industry & Partner Engagement

- Develop industry-focused sales plans aligned with KritiKal offerings - Collaborate with technology and system integration partners - Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions

Commercial & Post-Closure Support

- Drive commercial negotiations and final sign-offs - Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams - Support payment follow-ups with finance teams

Must-Have Experience & Skills

- 10–14 years of experience in engineering or product solution sales - Experience selling embedded systems, computer vision, industrial automation, or MedTech solutions - Strong understanding of custom solution sales cycles - Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams - Experience handling large, complex deals - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to work from office and travel as required - Comfortable working across different time zones

Good to Have

- Exposure to AI/ML-based vision systems - Experience with global manufacturing or MedTech customers - Background in system integrators, embedded OEMs, or deep-tech companies
