Job Description &
Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Enablement Specialist to lead capability
development for our Growth functions – Sales, Business Development, Presales, and
Marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring our Growth leaders and teams have the
skills, knowledge, tools, and market readiness required to succeed in a highly
competitive enterprise marketplace.
This is not a program-only role. The successful candidate will personally design and
deliver training, coach teams, and continuously elevate the quality of customer
conversations across levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Growth Enablement (End-to-End Ownership)
• Own the Sales Enablement charter across four pillars:
o Onboarding
o Readiness
o Learning & Development
o Rewards & Recognition
• Enable Sales, Business Development, Presales, and Marketing teams with
structured, role-based capability development
• Identify skill and competency gaps across Growth teams and design
customized learning paths
2. Training Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual enablement plans aligned with
organizational business strategy and GTM priorities
• Design and manage a global training calendar, including nominations,
attendance tracking, and completion monitoring
• Deliver onshore and offshore training sessions to support global Sales teams
3. Hands-On Training & Content Development
• Personally facilitate training sessions on:

o Enterprise & SAP solution positioning
o Value-based and consultative selling
o Deal qualification and account growth strategies
o Executive-level customer conversations
• Create and curate high-impact Sales and Growth enablement content to
improve deal conversion and account expansion
• Leverage SAP learning content, partner assets, and academy material,
tailoring them to Incture’s offerings and sales motion
4. Enablement Infrastructure & Knowledge Management
• Own and maintain the Sales Enablement content repository (playbooks,
decks, recordings, frameworks)
• Ensure consistency and relevance of enablement materials across Growth
functions
5. Competency Tracking & Feedback Loops
• Define and track role-based competency frameworks for Sales, Marketing,
BD, and Presales
• Conduct periodic assessments and share structured feedback with
individuals and leadership
• Capture insights from Growth teams on:
o Customer challenges and objections
o Competitive landscape
o Product gaps
• Ensure field feedback is routed to Product teams and followed through to
closure
6. Rewards & Recognition
• Design and execute Rewards & Recognition programs for Growth teams
• Reinforce desired behaviors, learning adoption, and performance outcomes
through recognition mechanisms
7. Bootcamps & Onboarding Excellence
• Own Sales and Growth bootcamps end-to-end, including planning, delivery,
reinforcement, and effectiveness tracking
• Facilitate new hire onboarding programs to ensure rapid productivity and
readiness
• Enable new hires with clear understanding of:
o Products and SAP ecosystem solutions
o Sales processes and tools
o GTM strategy and stakeholder context
8. Continuous Performance Improvement
• Listen in to Sales and Growth meetings to identify performance improvement
opportunities
• Proactively recommend enhancements to:
o Sales pitches and narratives

Skills & other qualities
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, L&D, or Sales Academy roles
• Strong exposure to Enterprise IT / Global SI environments
• Experience working in or with SAP or similar academy-driven organizations
• Proven ability to personally deliver training (not just manage programs)
• Experience enabling teams across multiple seniority levels (BDR to senior
leadership)
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, BD, Presales, and
Product
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet and deliver the goods at short notice
• Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality of output
• Organized and self-driven
• Strong team player

• Experience supporting multi-geo sales teams
