Required Skills.

Expert-level experience in UI and API-based services testing architectures with proven track record of product testing implementations.
Advanced proficiency in version control systems, particularly GIT, with experience in branching strategies and code review processes. Expert-level proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript with architectural design patterns and best practices.
Good knowledge of CI/CD principles, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab with experience in designing and implementing enterprise deployment pipelines.
Experience with enterprise databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and complex data management strategies for large-scale testing environments.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native testing strategies.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native testing architectures.
Understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices with experience in scaling these across large organizations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to lead technical discussions, and drive organizational change.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex technical initiatives while mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
