Redis and Kafka Database Administrator (NCS/Job/ 2190)

Must Have Skills: ●

• Overall 8+Years and 6+ years in database/infrastructure management roles. ● 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Redis. ●
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka. ●
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration. ● 
• Strong scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar). ●
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). ● 
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). ●
• Understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing. Good to Have: ● 
• Experience with Redis Enterprise and Confluent Kafka. ● 
• Certifications in Redis/Kafka/Linux. ●
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). ● 
• Experience in PCI/HIPAA-compliant environments.
